A former site foreman, Pierre Sourisseau is an artist. He restored a calvary, a Roman road and created a private museum in his home. Passionate about history, he likes to tell the history of France, of the Vendée through all the sculptures he has created. He will share with you his passion that he has been cultivating since 1975. You will thus discover the sunken path (1.2km) as well as his museum.

Visit of the castel of Park Soubise

Once a week every two weeks - departure 10am

The Château du Parc Soubise, long ago occupied by ancient civilizations, is today the property of the De Chabot Darcy family.
Loaded with history, this castle has seen many clashes during the revolution in the 1790s. Life resumed in the Parc Soubise after the Concordat of 1802. Fishing and hunting took back their right and today this tradition still continues.

Mrs. De Chabot Darcy will accompany you on your visit of this Park, and will share with you the emblematic history of the Vendée.
