Warm welcome. Staff friendly, helpful & informative. Enjoyed the fishing. Great pitch. Very peaceful.
Restaurant availability. Stated open till 21:30 but was closed by 20:45! No Dog waste bins. Recycling not clear.
Having water outside the tent was very good, and the little shed kept the wine cool on hot days, very important!! Showers and toilets good and clean.

The restaurant was a disappointment, take-away orders was a disaster, took forever and pizza's were only limited available (kitchen too busy to take orders)
I realised that with some companies they will not even give a goodwill gesture when through no fault of my own I was forced to cancel due COVID-19 quarantine.
We got caught in the 14 day quarantine issue. No refund or voucher given essentially we just lost £1000 with absolutely nothing to show for it, not even a goodwill gesture for a future booking. Please note if you do need to cancel your booking due to Covid quarantine there will be no refunds!!!!!!!! And no deferrals to your booking.
