How can I pay the balance of my stay?
For a camping pitch:At most Le French Time campsites, you will pay the balance of your stay on a camping pitch when you arrive at the campsite. In cases where you must pay the balance before you arrive, you will receive an email one month in advance with a link to a secure webpage where you can pay your stay’s balance online.
For rental accommodation:One month before your arrival date, you will receive an email with a link to a secure webpage where you can pay your rental stay’s balance online.
What methods of payment can I use to pay for my stay?
The payment methods accepted by Le French Time campsites vary. For all campsites, you can pay with your credit card on a secure page that protects your bank information. Le French Time campsites accept VISA and MasterCard.
Something major has come up. How can I cancel my stay?
Le French Time is composed of independent campsites that belong to families, each with their own general terms and conditions of sale.
If you purchased insurance or a cancellation guarantee, we suggest you review your contract.
If you did not purchase this type of policy, you will need to refer to the general terms and conditions of sale of the Le French Time campsite where you made your booking to determine how to cancel your stay.
How can I purchase insurance or a cancellation guarantee for my stay?
Some campsites offer insurance or a cancellation guarantee. You can sign up for this option when you make your reservation. The cancellation conditions vary depending on the campsite where you made your booking.
How do I book my holiday for next year?
The option to book for the following year is available no later than November 1 each year. Before this date, you can contact us by telephone on +33 (0)2 52 56 03 73. We will record your desired dates and inform you as soon as booking opens.
Are children counted in the occupancy capacity for accommodation or camping pitches?
All children, even babies, are counted in the occupancy capacity of accommodation or camping pitches for safety and insurance reasons.
Are your campsites accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Le French Time campsites are working to update their infrastructure to be accessible for people with reduced mobility, as required by law. You will find more information about accessible accommodation on the campsite’s webpage.
Can my pet stay with me at a Castel campsite?
Each Le French Time campsite has its own policy regarding pets. If you are travelling with your four-legged friend, you can consult the reception conditions of your pet on each accommodation sheet of a campsite. You can also select the option "Pets welcome" in the search engine.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Each Le French Time campsite has its own arrival and departure policy. Your arrival and departure times will be listed on your booking documents.
I will be arriving after reception closes. Can I still access my camping pitch or accommodation?
If you are going to arrive late, you must notify the campsite’s reception before 4 p.m. that day so that the team can arrange for your arrival outside regular reception hours.
What swimsuits are allowed in the pool?
Each Le French Time campsite has its own policy regarding swimsuits at the pool, based on regulations in effect in their municipality. For more information, feel free to contact us.
