Staff, friendliness, location and safe - easy access to The Sanctuary of the Grotto and to the Pyrenees National Park.
Just some things about the accommodation - see below
This is a nice site, good pitches, lovely pool, good sanitary facilities - would definitely return
The layout of the campsite, the little river and forest area below, farm animals around, delicious roast chicken, security gates at entrance and exit of campsite, suggestions on things to do (excellent hike up to Lake Gaube), and the overall friendly management and staff.
The woodland pitch is an excellent spot to stay. . Cooler in the summer. Lovely little stream with rock pools for kids and dads to play in. Owners and staff are very friendly and it's ideally located for exploring the Pyrenees.
Sadly Lourdes was pretty shut down due to Covid so not much to do once we had visited the centre.
Obviously not the site's fault
