Ardèche is proud of its reputation as the largest producer of chestnuts in France. This AOC, (protected designations of origin) has existed since 2006.
With more than 5000 tons of chestnuts produced per year, our article of the day adds to this rich culture with 3 delicious recipes. 3 recipes which make up an entire meal : starter, main course and dessert.
It is a delicious soup based on the chestnuts of Ardèche accompanied by a poultry broth, nutmeg and crème fraiche (sour cream).
